Start eight metres left of Costa del Duddon. Climb the continuous line up the slab, sustained with regular protection.
Note. In 1998, Ken Forsythe and R Graham climbed a route each to the left and right of the grassy gully . I climbed the majority of Costa del Duddon but with a direct start to the block, marked B on the photo. Ken led a combination of routes 1 2 3 + 4 on the topo, taking the natural line to the right of the gully.
Hi Rick, I had also previously climbed the Costa del Duddon block direct but felt that it would be unsafe to list it on the route description due to the obvious dubious stability of the block. Worth a star though.
