Advance Notice – Electronic Papers for the November 2024 AGM

Last year the Committee made the decision to move the Club towards digitisation of its printed material to save cost to the Club and the environment. This year’s AGM papers will be available electronically for members to download from the Club’s website in October. Members will be notified when the papers are ready. The default for AGM papers is electronic, however there will be a limited number of paper copies available at the AGM. Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the content and if you want a hard copy please print off your own. Members who are known to the Committee as not being able to access the website will receive paper copies.
