Brackenclose Water Supply Update

Following some great work by the Easter Meet advance team, the water supply at Brackenclose is now flowing again and the header tank is full. A very successful Easter Meet was held with close monitoring of the status of the supply.

Brackenclose can therefore continue to be used. Can members please check on the status of the water supply on a daily basis when staying at the hut by walking up the Scafell path and checking if there is water flowing out of the tank overflow. Instructions how to do this are provided at the signing in desk. If you have any concerns please contact the warden.
