| Approach: | Follow the bridleway up towards Small Water. Go through the second wall, and where the path starts to come towards Small Water Beck, follow grassy slopes over a ridge to the south. There is a scree fan over the ridge, cross this and head up to the top of the slope. |

An amphitheatre west around a broad ridge from Y Gully, overlooking a ridge that goes down to the drystone wall. Broken ground lies to the right, and a steep broken wall lies to the left of this amphitheatre. A scree slope comes down from the top. At the top of the scree slope there are two streams close together on the left (Stag Gully), and an obvious gully to the right (Hind Gully). Around a broken ridge right of Hind Gully (Raven Ridge) is an easy descent gully (Open Gully).
