This meet is a chance to kick-start the New Year after the eating and drinking fest!!!  Maybe you feel guilty about that extra mince pie?

Not to worry.  Forget the gym and join me at Salving House and work off that Christmas cake on the beautiful Borrowdale hills.   As usual the activities will be decided by the weather on the weekend. Can I manage a hat trick on this meet, weather wise?
