CLIMBERS CLUB
All applications for use of all the Club’s huts should be made via the Climbers Club Website: www.climbers-club.co.uk/huts/hut-calendar/kindred-club-hut-booking-request or alternatively by email to the hut booking secretary hutbooking@climbers-club.co.uk
- In all instances bookings will be confirmed or refused.
- Non-members may use a hut ONLY if they are guests of a member, or have a booking card as written authorisation of their visit.
- The Hut Booking Secretary will issue a returnable key to authorised parties of non-members against a cheque for £50 as a key deposit, S.A.E. (‘large letter’ stamp value), and a separate booking deposit. The £50 cheque is destroyed (only returned if extra S.A.E. sent) when the key fob is back in the keeping of the CC hut booking secretary.
- The accommodation indicated for Climbers’ Club huts is the maximum available to non- members of the Climbers’ Club
- The key fob issued is for the specified hut only
- We no longer take deposits for key fobs. Payment is required in full at the time of booking therefore there is no balance of fees to be paid after your stay.
- Key fobs are returned in a pre paid envelope that is included when the key fob is sent out so there’s no ned to provide your own envelope
- Cheques are currently accepted but this will be phased out when the new system is applied. The Booking Secretary sends out a booking letter with a link (for your booking only) which takes you to Go Cardless. You then have to register and follow the instructions.
