Fell & Rock Climbing Club

An interesting if slightly contrived line that seeks out the best of the available rock. This small, esoteric crag is worth the short approach walk if only to experience the excellent rock of the headwall; it also receives all the Langdale sun. Start at a right slanting groove just left of Sevings Groove. Climb the groove until confronted by a heather barrier. Step left and pull up the gently overhanging wall on surprisingly big holds to a grassy ledge. From behind the decaying tree, enjoy the headwall via small pockets on immaculate rock.
