1. Climb the groove and steep crack as for summer line Bos’n’s buttress pitch 1
2. Climb awkwardly up the deep chimney of Bos’n’s pitch 2 then move left to join the Pisgah belay
3. Follow the steep crack direct up from the belay to a stance below the bulge and make steep moves out right to another crack. Strenuous moves up and right lead to a small ledge, follow the summer line of Hilarity up the shallow groove to a block belay on the edge of the buttress.
4. Follow Pisgah buttress from here to the top
