- 4a. Climb up to gain an obvious deep right slanting crack. Follow this to a junction with the large block on Thing Fish. Belay or your life will be a drag.
- 4b. Traverse immediately right across a clean pocketed slab to gain a groove at its right end. Ascend the groove (often damp but always climbable) stepping left to follow the clean rib to finish.
